秋分這一天也是太陽進入天秤座的時候，這個星宮象徵陰陽平衡與宇宙的自然法則。這一天白晝與夜晚的時間一樣長，所以古人也認為這一天象徵平衡，從這一天之後，世界就要準備接受夜晚的統治。
在秋分這一天，我們除了追求平衡之外也慶祝豐收，這時候已經是收穫的季節，要有收穫才能度過寒冷的冬天；所有動物也開始儲藏食物，整個世界都為了在冬天生存下來而準備、努力。
讓自己的身心靈處於平衡狀態，頻率穩定了，生活也會跟著穩定、平靜，顯化也會如影隨行！

- 建議用第一人稱描述即可
原本一開始聽覺得很好聽，但不知道為什麼到後期都把第一人稱的「我」改用第三人稱「頤媽」、「他」來代稱，然後時不時又會改成第一人稱「我」，主詞跳來跳去整個聽的不舒服。真心建議就自然用第一人稱描述就好，不然原本真的很喜歡這個頻道，到後面因為主詞跳來跳去都不太想聽了
