其實啊！杏仁核跟前額葉正在腦中拉扯中。
但總不可能打開腦，拉開他們吧。所以啊上一集聊到的情緒辨識就可以派上用場了。
我們可以透過辨別自己的情緒照顧自己，也可以藉由告訴孩子你辨別到他有什麼情緒來協助孩子了解自己的狀態。
