前些日子，《人民日报》发表评论文章《别再让「饭圈」乱象裹挟少年》，文章点名批评了刷票打榜、刷量控评、大额消费、互撕谩骂、人肉搜索、人身攻击等饭圈行为。事实上，粉丝文化并非互联网时代的产物。早在1992年，Henry Jenkins的著作《文本盗猎者》就详细地分析了这种「参与式文化」。站在高点大声指摘往往对解决问题于事无补，如何理解粉丝文化背后的逻辑或许才是关键所在。

前些日子，网络上流传的一份【（2020）浙0106刑初140号刑事判决书】显示，浙江大学2016级学生努某因犯强奸罪，被判处有期徒刑一年六个月，可适用缓刑。随后，浙大决定对该生处以「留校察看」处分，被广大网友质疑处理过轻而直接「骂上热搜」。
