現代の志塾 多摩大チャンネル
多摩大学 現代の志塾開学20周年を迎えた多摩大学の教育理念は「現代の志塾」。「志ある人材を少人数教育で育てる」という意志を、塾という言葉に込めました。志が失われた時代ともいえる今、多摩大学が目指すのは幕末の松下村塾（吉田松陰）、適々斎塾（緒方洪庵）など、志の高い人材が輩出した「私塾」の現代版。本番組は、そんな多摩大学のことをもっと身近に体感して頂けたら、との思いから生まれました。多摩大学に集う｢人｣にスポットをあてた毎回のインタビューから導きだされる「志」が、リスナーの皆様の心に響き、共感の輪が無限に広がっていくことを願っております。 インタビュアー／多摩大PODCASTプロデューサー：早川洋平（キクタス） 制作協力／和金HAJIME

高校では国際語科で英語と国際関係を学んでいたので、大学ではより深く勉強をしたいと思い、多摩大学へ入学。
授業は全て英語で行われるので、最初は聞き取れず大変だった。
けれど、友人との出会いで、協力して毎日の課題にも対応することができた。
まるで国内留学をしている感じ。

多摩大学は自分のやりたいことをやれる環境がある大学。行動を起こせば先生や職員が惜しまず協力をしてくれる。所属する野田ゼミの中で、多摩市と連携して1万人の笑顔の写真を集めてフォトモザイクアートを制作するプロジェクトを立ち上げた。様々な困難を乗り越えて成功を収めることができた原動力は常に刺激を与えてくれた仲間の存在。志をもつことはどのように生きるかを考えること、北辻巧多郎さんの志、お聴きください。
