本期的番外篇，我们就锁定丽江的北境，
讲讲古宗、吐蕃和法王的缘起。

明崇祯十一年，也就是公元1638年，徐霞客结束了广西的旅程，正式进入贵州。这一次，他不仅饱览了贵州的灵山秀水，还创下了一项新的纪录，
成为我国历史上详细记载黄果树瀑布的第一人。

还以生命为赌注，成功走出了有神龙和精怪出没的危险地带。

那时候正赶上纳西族新年正月祭天，徐霞客在土司木增的邀请下：在木家院观赏山茶巨树、在宴席上品尝佳肴 柔猪和牦牛舌；不仅如此，他还收下木增的四公子为徒，亲自挑灯提笔，仔细帮对方批阅文章。
徐霞客在丽江从教时是54岁，他的旅程也进入了倒计时阶段。在他一生的游历中，云南旅行是行程最远、时间最长、同时也是占据篇幅最多的部分。他和土司木增的交往，也不是应酬客套的点头之交。
洱波三万顷，轻舟泛长风。明崇祯十二年，也就是公元1639年，徐霞客大理游历了近一个月。
大理之行虽然依旧是有山有水，却不像以往那样艰辛。徐霞客也不再是一人独行，而是与神交已久的老朋友何凤鸣父子组团游玩。
他们在苍山清碧溪、感通寺和崇圣三塔寺的古迹山林中流连忘返；
在大理石匠的家里打卡参观，购买旅游纪念品；
不仅如此，徐霞客还失足掉进清碧溪冰凉的潭水中，成了落汤鸡。
