為什麼我們需要「自我覺察」？
在經歷不舒服或低潮的時刻，自我覺察是度過難關的關鍵。
• 終止不舒服的循環：若不了解自己的感受，容易盲目追求他人標準，陷入與人比較的負面循環。
• 找回本能的安定感：自我覺察並非一項需要刻意追求的「技能」，而是一種被埋藏的本能；透過喚醒它，我們可以更誠實地面對自己的需求。
