Q: First of all, why do you think Cheng Li-wun has expressed the desire to visit the Chinese Mainland multiple times since she took office?
Her visits are driven by a strategic effort to present the KMT as a responsible, reform-oriented opposition that supports closer people-to-people exchanges and functional cooperation with the mainland, while the party positions itself as a strong but constructive alternative in Taiwan's domestic politics.
Unfolding China's space roadmap
Q: Among all the goals in China's space plans, which one interests you the most?

Q: What do you see as the key to nurturing an innovative business environment in Xiong'an?

China, Vietnam 3+3 dialogue: stability boost or strategic signal?
Q: Professor, how do you view the stability imperative in the China–U.S. economic relationship and its global implications?
Stability is framed as essential for global growth and supply chains, with both sides recognizing mutual interests even as tensions persist; the outcome depends on how dialogue channels are maintained and how concessions are negotiated.
