  • Engaging and Insightful Podcast

Listened to Ep 104 with Ximena Vengoechea. Such a rich and enlightening conversation about rest. Jen Fisher is a skilful host who asks perceptive questions that draw out her guest’s wisdom, and Ximena got me thinking about what kind of rester I am and how to incorporate more micro-moments of rest in my day.

  • So grateful for this podcast.

Jen and her guests bring important conversations around mental health and well-being. Bringing these topics to light are now more important than ever.

She made me realize that is ok to have days where you feel down, but more importantly she’s giving me the courage to talk about it and be more open about what I need in order to have a sustainable life at home and at work.

    Thanks Jen
