I just discovered Neil’s podcast series through a mutual acquaintance and have thoroughly enjoyed listening to past episodes. I found that the descriptions of what many were going through (and are still going through) while working during the pandemic described almost too closely what I also have been experiencing. Neil let’s his guests talk without the need to remind the audience that he is there. And when he does speak, his questions are the ones I am asking in my head.
I really love the guests and the discussions. It is exactly what we need right now!
Discussion on the topics that are often not talked about much made WorkMinus stand out for me. Listening to the uncovered parts of people management was truly helpful. As a HR for a company of 100+, the podcasts made a difference in the decisions that I took in the recent days.
I've been listening to Workminus podcasts for a while now and i've had some amazing insights about the way i should work to become a better manager. Workminus tackles some of the hard topics people don't talk about a lot like Inclusion and Diversity, People leadership, Organizational culture and does it well.
