I really enjoy the content, it offers such valuable insights into careers. Just a small suggestion: it might be even better if the audio could be mixed in studio channel rather than mono, since at the moment each voice comes through only one side of the headphones, which can feel a little disorienting when listening.

Bridging the Talent Gap in Singapore: What's the HR Leader's Gameplan?
Q: What kind of frameworks do you think are a good way to push the talent agenda, and how should HR practitioners decide which to use?
The right framework should align with the organization's business needs and strategy; frameworks are tools to organize thinking and communication, not impediments, and should be chosen based on whether the organization is hiring tech talent, expanding regionally, or pursuing other strategic goals.

Q: Could you share what your experience was with your five M&As and the outcomes that came with them?
The speaker explains that HR often knows about an M&A first, which creates fear, but with a flexible approach and by taking on roles offered in the new organization, they could stay employed and continue to grow, sometimes even when the role wasn't exactly what they wanted.
