    Alison calming voice and insightful comments based on her own personal experience as well as input from listerners make this podcast my favorite of all. Created as the pandemic was becoming the new reality, she selected themes that kept me coming back. Not to be ignored though the selected poems to accompany the subject of the day, is the support given for us all to hang thight and togehter because" it`s tough out there!!".
