高中搬出家裡自己生活的何以奇，在西門町被星探挖掘後，一路在演藝圈被推著走，出了唱片、演戲，也上節目比賽，但年紀輕輕沒有選擇權的她，覺得自己好像迷路了。
開始接觸表演後，才真正讓何以奇覺得自己真正活著──透過角色的情緒轉而釋放自己。

咚咚小時候當電視兒童，從目標成為偶像一路轉為演員，演藝經歷超過百部的他，一邊選秀一邊當演員。
2017年開始大量投入臨演工作，即便是戲劇系專科畢業，也花了三五年從默默無名的臨演熬到有名字的正式角色。
咚咚時常接演許多社會底層，或是需要被幫助的角色。他希望透過這些靈魂帶給觀眾共情，或是撫慰感，這是他認為身為演員可以回饋給社會大眾的責任與使命。
不怕苦也不怕累的咚咚，熱愛表演與生命的他，在未來也希望能用更多不同的面相帶給觀眾與社會回饋與正能量。
