Corinne is excellent at whatever she does, including political commentary. She consistently approaches topics in an objective, nuanced way which is exactly what we need in these times.
I don’t understand the defensiveness to keep this “producer” who is pretty much the cohost. It’s not that I don’t want different opinions I liked having the more right leaning cohosts. But this guy is no where near how intelligent Corinne is and for me takes away from the show. There are enough podcasts with this type of dude out there.
I really wanted to like this show because I am a fan of Corinne and GWF. I tried to add this show into my weekly rotation but I cannot stand Mike, he is insufferable. It is ironic that the whole theme of this show is critical thinking and Corinne can't even bother to hire staff who possess this skill. I wanted to subscribe to the patreon but the fact it goes towards paying him makes it a big nope for me. Thanks!
When asked for podcast recommendations, WAC is always my #1. Corinne has taken her expertise from many facets of her life, and created the best political podcast I’ve listened to. She is truly focused on the truth, whether it’s comfortable or not. I’ve been listening to Corinne for nearly a decade now, so it was SO exciting to be able to donate to her campaign for NYC mayor. I think most people who listen to her podcast will also find her more than deserving and qualified. She is a genuinely GOO... more
Corinne is doing valuable work. In a time where the tsunami of news feels overwhelming to keep up with, she presents the most important events each week in a calm, logical, and balanced way. Mike loves to play devil's advocate but his "takes" add minimal value to this show.

This show offers fast-paced, opinionated roundtable-style political commentary that blends liberal and conservative perspectives to surface a balanced take on current events. Episodes frequently weigh in on high-profile tech, policy, and culture stories, with sharp critiques of media coverage and strong-host banter that blends humor with rigorous analysis. A recurring strength is the host's ability to fuse news with pop culture, while inviting diverse viewpoints through notable guests. The format tends to mix direct political analysis with personal anecdotes from activism and city politics, making complex topics more approachable for a broad audience. The vibe can be provocative and unapologetically candid, which helps it stand out in a cro... more
