This podcast is on my list of ones I have to listen to. I encourage anyone who has listened in the past and not liked it to take another listen. There have been a lot of changes in the last year or two with a new co-host, more guests, and a new format. It is a shorter show that focuses on specific topics ranging from army reviews, model reviews, tactics, tournaments, and everything hobby.
In a crowded podcast genera that all have very similar formats, WiscoDice is trying to change things u... more
I like these guys. Just seem like a couple of nice guys you'd want to play against at your local store
These guys have known each other forever and it shows. Some of the discussions they have on the cast would go to blows with 2 other people, but they accept each other's opinion, which they are both equally as stubborn about. They have some strong opinions on the hobby aspect of Warhammer and do a lot of Midwest Tourney coverage.
If you wanted to throw yourself out of the car to escape the 3 hours of bickering in the earlier episodes- try it again! I did, and I like them.

The host also make a point to cover other topics, my favorite recent episode focused on painting an army. This episode had many gems of painting tips for beginners and even vets. I found the tip of starting to learn freehand by putting basic patterns on shields particularly useful and am now using it to hopefully end my fear o... more
