Some gems here. Look forward to hearing more!
This is a straight-forward, knowledgable, and insightful podcast about various topics on Zen practice. It presents in a balanced way a little history, a little technical instruction, and a little personal manifestation of this ancient practice. But most importantly, it makes clear that Zen, when at its best, is about this life right here and right now. It is very well done and as a practitioner of 18 years, I highly recommend it.
I've found these talks and reflections, where people share their experience of travelling the Buddhist parth, both inspiring and thought-provoking.
Fantastic podcast yet again!
Really lays out a way of beginning to approach such a tricky subject.
Please please keep these coming. Looking forward to more...
For a topic that is complex and diffcult to comprehend - for the lay person anyway! - this podcast is clear, comprehensive and easy to understand. A great intro to Dogen.
