I’ve learned soooo much from here and it’s all applicable.
Favorite podcast by far! So much good invaluable information. Everything actually makes sense and WORKS. All of the Wild & Well Fed content, education, course, offerings, and products have been life changing for my health. I’m a completely different person than I was even a year ago because of Laura, in the best possible way. I’ve never been healthier, happier, or more grounded in my life than I am now. For any girls out there ready to reclaim ... more
This is my favorite podcast by far! Laura is wise beyond her years and shares so much wisdom! I am so grateful I stumbled upon her Instagram -another great source of education and wisdom. The amount of free information she shares is wild! She has helped me see food and life in a totally different way.

Its unfortunate because it’s probably not what their intention is and they really do have great info but it doesn’t seem like they have the right heart posture to ... more
