  • Life changing & so informative

Favorite podcast by far! So much good invaluable information. Everything actually makes sense and WORKS. All of the Wild & Well Fed content, education, course, offerings, and products have been life changing for my health. I’m a completely different person than I was even a year ago because of Laura, in the best possible way. I’ve never been healthier, happier, or more grounded in my life than I am now. • The healthiest I’ve ever been!

LIFE-CHANGING doesn’t even begin to describe Laura’s podcast Wild and Well Fed. Before I ever joined the course, I devoured the podcast—and just from that alone, I started seeing shifts. Once I joined the course and implemented her teachings, everything clicked. I lost my cortisol weight, my skin cleared up, my libido came back, and I started gaining muscle and staying in shape with ease. I’m literally glowing and the healthiest, happiest I’ve ever been. For any girls out there ready to reclaim ... more

  • Delivery could be improved

Info is all great, but I find their delivery to be very demeaning and making everyone who doesn’t know or understand holistic health feel very stupid. Half the time they are laughing and making fun of people who are misunderstanding things in the health world. Like can Laura literally ever make a point without laughing at someone lol? Its unfortunate because it’s probably not what their intention is and they really do have great info but it doesn’t seem like they have the right heart posture to ... more

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Part 2: Testosterone, Going off HRT and Will I go on HRT?
Q: What happens if we try to go off after being on HRT for a few years? Will I start making hormones on my own?
It depends on the individual's age, health, and how long they've been on HRT. Younger individuals may recover hormone production more easily, while older individuals or those on long-term therapy may not.
Aspirin, cellulite, lymphedema and social pressure to lose weight
Q: Could this be lymphedema or poor circulation? What causes these things and is there anything I can do naturally to improve them?
Yes, it could be lymphedema, which causes swelling and feels heavy; spider veins and cellulite are related to circulation issues, and maintaining good circulation via activities and nutrition is key.
Aspirin, cellulite, lymphedema and social pressure to lose weight
Q: Do you recommend aspirin or is this just a straight up no?
While aspirin has benefits, caution is needed, especially regarding dosages and forms. It's derived naturally from willow bark and has uses in inflammation and estrogen balance but requires careful consideration.
Nicotine, Leptin Resistance, and AI Usage On Social Media
Q: How are AI and social media impacting health and businesses?
AI can assist in operations but may also dilute authenticity and lead to disconnection from one's unique voice.
Nicotine, Leptin Resistance, and AI Usage On Social Media
Q: Can you talk about leptin resistance?
Leptin resistance can cause persistent hunger and weight gain due to improper signaling to the brain.
