My husband in desperation to help me in some way found this podcast as I lay in a ball crying over my prolapse. Even one episode in I felt better. The more episodes I listen to the more empowered I feel, and I am no longer crying regularly about my prolapse. I am forever grateful that it exists to tell people like me understand it’s all going to be ok. Thank you.

I’ll be recommending all the s... more
