As a pelvic health physio I recommend this podcast to so many women when they come and see me.

Helen is open, honest, reassuring, kind and funny and seems to ask all the right questions!

  • Saved my mental (and physical) health

My husband in desperation to help me in some way found this podcast as I lay in a ball crying over my prolapse. Even one episode in I felt better. The more episodes I listen to the more empowered I feel, and I am no longer crying regularly about my prolapse. I am forever grateful that it exists to tell people like me understand it’s all going to be ok. Thank you.

I’ll be recommending all the s... more

  • Weightlifter and CrossFit mum of two

I was advised by my physio to listen to this podcast after I had a prolapse with my second child.

I had entered a deep depression as exercise was my life and I felt I wouldn’t have any way of releasing energy or getting that amazing rush of endorphins after a work out.

I began antidepressants and really struggled to feel better.

After listening to this podcast, giving my body time to heal, stopping myself from watching Instagram mums exercising one day after giving birth, I slowly got bett... more
