After suffering for many months in silence with prolapse , I came across this podcast and it’s literally changed everything for me, it sounds dramatic but before listening to this I thought my life as I knew it was over!! This podcast series is absolutely brilliant. I would never hesitate to recommend it to my clients (I’m a pelvic health physiotherapist). Helen tackles these taboo topics with a warm honesty, and her struggles are so relatable. The experts interviewed provide huge amounts of helpful and practical advice too.
This podcast is a revelation - as a prolapse sufferer myself it's wonderful to hear Helen's really frank and honest accounts of going through the same thing, but also her interviews with various experts. If you're suffering with ANY incontinence issues, bulging, pelvic discomfort etc etc - give it a listen. Perfect if you're postnatal, but also prenatally too. Thank me later!
Thanks Helen for this great podcast, it helped me a lot with navigating PFD.
