Dr Karen is wonderfully self-absorbed and it's a delight to follow her attempts to help her clients through their problems in each episode. With a revolving door of guests each week, the challenges she faces make this show a very engaging listen. Sometimes a little dark, always amusing, this one is definitely worth your time with its energetic and quick-witted cast.
