for anyone who wants a complete retrospective of Prince’s career. They start from his first album and go all the way through his last studio release. After that they cover his posthumous albums as well as all his associated side projects, all with humor, knowledge, and a reverence for his music. A must listen for die hards and new fans alike.
....at Prince’s material. Love that it is in chronological order and you get a sense of a building momentum from album to album. Also love that the reviewers aren’t afraid to hold back if they don’t like the material. plus these guys are funny and have interesting insights.
Love this podcast. Binged most of it in the last ten days. This is a serious deep dive and a massive undertaking. Very interesting reviews and opinions that make me go back to albums I had previously dismissed or confirm even more so my opinions on the classics. Great show.
