Hello, I am Gabriel Sanders, and I believe that there is no "normal". Every person has a story, which is their normal, and which I find fascinating. I hope you will too. On my podcast, I have conversations with people about their "normal" lives, their "normal" journeys, occupations, lifestyles, and more... and what "normal" means to them. Enjoy, and thank you for listening.

I might be ever-so slightly biased but I have to say, these conversations are so cozy and comforting to listen to, no matter what the topic is. As a host, Gabriel is warm, inviting, accepting, unjudging, and truly interested in what each guest’s idea of normal is. Each episode is unique and captivating in it’s own way. Can’t wait to see who he will have on next!
In full disclosure I'm one of Gabriel's guests and friends, but I have also listened to every episode before and after our conversation. And that's what these are, personal conversations between Gabriel and his friends. But the personal stories we're all willing to share reveal universal truths about society. My eyes have been opened and my mind expanded by this podcast. Gabriel adds his own reflections in the intros and outros, as well as just the write music to set mood. A straightforward, not... more
Where did they find this guy? This guy GETS me. A strangely comforting podcast in uncertain times, Gabriel Sanders sets the record straight with his unconventional tone of voice and fierce hairdo.
Happy to have been a part of Gabriel’s podcast. Mine is titled Be Better. The interview is just like a natural conversation. I’m sure we could have talked for many more hours, but who’s got the time to listen to something that long. Ha! Other What’s Normal shows are all also a casual conversation that naturally builds into the deeper infrastructure of a person’s “normal”. We should all take some time to appreciate each other’s thoughts and views and experiences. We learn and cultivate compassion... more
