Over the last three years, I've interviewed nearly 300 people around the question of "What is a good life?" I am not trying to find or prescribe universal answers to this question; instead, I aim to prompt your own inquiry into what constitutes a good life for you. I am also trying to share more genuine expressions of the human experience, beyond the masks that we wear.

Mark is an amazing interviewer and his guests bring fantastic insights into our human experience. I have taken something away from almost every episode.
Honest, open, meaningful and connective conversations.
This is a beautiful podcast - a gentle, thoughtful conversation led by someone of great heart who understands the depths of the human heart and is not afraid to explore the difficult places we can find ourselves in, while celebrating all that’s glorious in the human soul. Totally recommended.
I absolutely loved the interview with Professor Guido Palazzo ( who was my professor at the UNIL). Your questions and the entire discussion brings us attention to the core principles of what it is to be human. You have a unique perspective and you are on the right path with your podcast. Please keep it up!! Best wishes from Chicago!
