  • Wonderful

Great podcast. I’ve been listening for 3 months and I have gotten so much out of these. There are revelations that Mother Natalia or Father have that I’ve never heard before and really make me stop and think. I do miss when there was goodbyes and love yous after the blessing. Life Hacks: Going to Confession

Ask the confessor for guidance; the level of detail depends on the person and the situation, and it can vary whether the person is preparing for a major life event or dealing with ongoing struggles; sincerity and authenticity are key.
Life Hacks: Going to Confession
Q: What is one of the biggest stumbling blocks in hearing confessions from a priest's perspective?
The biggest issue is not having enough time in each confession; different approaches exist, from brief confessions to longer, more detailed examinations, and the priest should balance efficiency with genuine pastoral care.
Triumph of the Heart w/ Anthony D'Ambrosio and Andrew Holzschuh
Q: What was the inspiration behind the confession scene?
The confession scene aimed to explore the dramatic human experience of revealing secrets, showing how death brings people to a willingness to confess.
Shared Beauty is Real Beauty
Q: What practical advice do you have for those trying to maintain a relationship with God amidst constant overstimulation?
Practice times of intentional silence, choose reality over technology, and prioritize your engagement with God even when faced with distractions.
A Young Priest Gets Old
Q: What is a way that you feel like a weakness has been helpful to people in your priesthood?
I live my time as if every moment is for interactions with people, and I want to be available as much as possible to engage in a very fatherly way.
