I'm late to this podcast and am tearing through the episodes. It's such a great idea - just talking to editors about editing books, what their companies are like and how they got their jobs - and probably does a lot to open up publishing to a more diverse range of people. But for me it's just fascinating and insightful, and very gentle in the way the conversations unfold.
