This would be my favorite podcast if jen wasn’t in it. Not because I dislike her personally but because all she does is wag her finger at the two guys. She never ever listens to them. Or anyone. Everything she says is right and she gets easily frustrated rhetorically when challenged to the point that the guys feel bad and move on. She says things. That’s it. She just says things. I’ve never heard a cogent point a slam dunk argument or even an interesting little insight.
And the last “awww poor... more
I started listening to this podcast because of Jen's phenomenal work on her own project (to which i am subscribed as a patron). I really really tried to like this podcast, even with the obvious arrogance of JRY. He dominates the conversation and brushes off the other podcast hosts--most glaringly, Jen. After this latest episode, I'm done. This isn't a podcast about engaging with different perspectives, it's the JRY auto-jerk-off sesh podcast, and I was astounded at the complete lack of willingne... more
I normally don’t write negative reviews but as this podcast has no website and no way to contact them I’ll leave this here. I’m tired of straining my finger by endlessly tapping on the fast-forward button. Your latest episode on Charlie Kirk took 11 minutes to get to the topic. If you’re gonna chitchat, put it at the end of the show where your super fans are still listening. Jen said twice in this episode “and we’re back in the weeds.”Your audience isn’t interested in the weeds. Get to the topic... more
Jen is the only good thing about this podcast. She has a practical approach to politics that applies to the every day citizen from an empathetic perspective. Justin is a raging misogynist who panders to the right. He constantly trolls and talks over Jen, completely denies the Epstein conspiracy, and, at best, has an apathetic response to the Palestinian genocide. For someone who constantly denounces individual violence in the US, he sure has no problem with Israel killing Palestinian children da... more
Jen has to carry the chuckle heads but it is a great podcast!!! 5 Star
