中秋時家家戶戶就得「烤肉」的怪習俗到底是什麼時候出現的？
鬼王的年紀雖然還沒辦法領老人年金，但周杰倫看到鬼王好歹也得叫聲哥，所以嚴格說來，還算是有資格來聊聊3.40年前的社會狀況。鬼王可以確定的是，鬼王小時候過中秋節時根本沒有「烤肉」這回事。基於好奇心，鬼王決定來考證一下，中秋節烤肉這奇怪的民間習俗到底是怎麼冒出來的。
不得不承認的是，養樂多把台灣消費者教育的非常好，搞到大家都相信乳酸俊飲料具有美容、養顏、健胃、整腸的效果，喝起來只有百利而無一害。
養樂多老前輩打出大好江山後，其他後繼者可說是不費吹灰之力，就賺進大把鈔票。例如國信食品公司的「健健美」，於一九七五年推出後，業績同樣也迅速成長，隔年國信食品馬上就在高雄蓋了一座全部採用自動化機器、日產30萬瓶的全新工廠，而當時國信食品的資本額已高達新台幣一億一千萬元。

2015年4月，台中有個眼鏡男因朋友的起哄，為了1萬元的賭注，決定挑戰20分鐘內喝完20瓶養樂多的。結果才喝到第10瓶時，肚子就開始絞痛、甚至嘔吐。
但身旁友人持續起哄，將賭注加碼到15萬，看在15萬元的份上，不知死活的眼鏡男決定繼續努力。但到後來，眼鏡男卻越來越痛苦，眼神越來越呆滯，就當他快喝到第20瓶養樂多前，終於開始狂吐，原先以為就快到手的15萬元也就飛了。
養樂多為何有如此神效呢？先不管眼鏡男了，養樂多的滋味還真的貫穿了半個世紀，成為不同世代間，大家都永難忘懷的集體好味道。

別傻了，黑毛豬之所以美味，不是因為他們吃廚餘啦！
這兩年關於豬的議題突然變得夯了起來。先是非洲豬瘟，引發是否要禁止廚餘養豬的爭議。最近則是開放瘦肉精美豬進口，則又導致食安問題的論戰。
台灣這種吃廚餘的黑毛豬，彷彿是豬肉界的AV女優，堪稱美食中的極品。我們打個比方，你覺得迪麗熱巴每天都吃殘羹剩飯，還會長得如此嬌嫩水潤嗎？彭于晏如果只吃素，胸肌還會如此壯碩嗎？
這陣子因為政府決定開放瘦肉精美豬進口，搞到大家都雞飛狗跳。媽媽說：以後都只能吃有機豬肉了。
小鬼仔看電視新聞上說：台灣豬肉非常美味、非常鮮甜，但美國豬肉都有一股臭臭的味道。因此，即使瘦肉精美豬開放進口到台灣，消費者一定會選擇優質的台灣豬肉。
大家大可放一百個心，豬農也不需要擔心，反正本地消費者都會選購台灣豬肉，豬農不會受任何影響。

以自己經驗，社會大眾其實對於農業的認識嚴重不足，想像也很貧乏，但是如果你要幫他們掃盲，他們興趣也不是很大，這種農業話題主要還是在自己的小圈圈流動而已，大多人對於農業的意見還是出於自己的需要隨口就講，而這些需要通常都是憑感覺或建立在沒有科學邏輯的立論上。鬼王podcast如果可以打入異溫層確實也是不錯，但是對第一次接觸農業議題的人，聽到用合成語音的podcast戒心會立刻就起來了，因為合成語音真的很像那些在line上的內容農場，新手根本沒辦法分辨內容對錯，信賴度降低變成內容無法如預期般傳遞，就算聽完覺得很有道理的，也會因為這種類型的製作方式給別人有種內容農場的感覺，轉了給人也好像怪怪的，網路間傳播效率也會下降。
