  • Making us better

I listen to a lot of motherhood content and it is rare that I feel like WOW I’ve never thought about that. It is something that I experience often listening to her podcast and I’m so glad I stuck around from intuitive eating content to now because it’s expanded my understanding of the experiences of medical moms and families. Ive loved learning about her experience- it makes me a better human. So grateful for that gift you are giving the world, Shanna.

I also happen to be a health professional (occupational therapist), turn SAHM due to my son’s diagnosis and need for sp... more
