I listen to a lot of motherhood content and it is rare that I feel like WOW I’ve never thought about that. It is something that I experience often listening to her podcast and I’m so glad I stuck around from intuitive eating content to now because it’s expanded my understanding of the experiences of medical moms and families. Ive loved learning about her experience- it makes me a better human. So grateful for that gift you are giving the world, Shanna.

Shanna is the most selfless woman who shares her life with us, the ups & downs. Her pod is relatable and always gives me a good laugh. ❤️
As a married woman in my 30s & a mama to a toddler, I find this content so relatable & refreshing!
I have to admit i'm not a podcaster, still getting used to listening to them on the regular but this one has made it very easy! I'm always so excited when a new episode drops! It's been fun to follow along in her pregnancy journey as well!
