  • Worth listening to!

I’m not a podcast person. But I can’t get enough of Welcome to Group Therapy! I listen on my commute to/from work and I laugh so much. The topics are discussed well, backed by research and personal/professional experiences. more

  • Great conversation but too much noise

I love the premise of the show and I also follow some of you on tiktok. However I noticed when one person is talking, there are often muffled mic noises of people laughing? Or sometimes other hosts interrupt, making it hard to focus, especially when there are four of you, talking at the same time is a lot for my overstimulated brain. Thank you.

  • Amazing

Since I started listening to this podcast it has really helped me understand more about myself. As well as inspire me to continue my psychology degree. I had put it on the back burner but I have really big ideas and I believe I can do it.

  • Amazing conversations

I love every single one of them. I love how they communicate with each other. This show is so good. I feel like I’m hanging out with my best friends having deep conversations. I’ve learned so much about them and about myself through their conversations. Keep them coming!
