Simply the Weightlifting PodCast GOAT.
Best podcast in the game! Seriously great stuff!!
The weightlifting show has some great content. But seemingly overnight Jon has changed the show to be bible studies. If the bible is a topic Jon wants to discuss and folks want to hear about, great. Just rename the show OR start a separate podcast.

Edit : Jon is back!!!!!! 5 stars!
Love the show, I listen almost everyday. I can’t stand Russel though when he gets on his soap box and talks about government, which he’s totally ignorant about. He thinks his ignorant opinion a fact.
Jon is awesome and so entertaining.

Russell just talks like he’s some elite lift but doesn’t know what he’s talking about half the time. We get it man, you trained with Ian and you read reddit.
