Being brought up by two diet obsessed parents set me back quite a bit, but podcasts like this continue to encourage me to heal my relationship with food. I love that Michelle is a busy mom like me and understands the stress life throws, and can help remind me that food isn’t the enemy. Highly suggest you listen if you’re looking to heal your relationship with food & your body!
