Great podcast with a lot of good insight for weight-loss. The host Carl is really talented at interviewing and the stories his guests share are very inspirational.
I have binged this podcast since the start of my weight loss journey, the stories are inspiring and have helped me in so many ways with weight loss tips but more importantly mindset when it comes to the journey. I have no love for slimming world which seems like the majority of people’s way on this podcast, but taking information from each story regardless has been a massive help. Keep up the good work..
I recommend this podcast to anyone on a weight loss journey. Great interviewer. Inspirational guests.
