はじめまして！未感性ラジオです。
第3回も、生徒から届いた質問にお答えしています。
「頭の中を追ってくるモヤモヤを、どうにかしてまきたいです。」
考えないようにしているのに、気づいたらまた同じことを考えている。今回は、そんな“モヤモヤ”との向き合い方について話しています。
正解を出すというより、少しでも心が軽くなる考え方を一緒に探していきます。
