  • Excellent guests

I really like this podcast, excellent balanced guests including both bears and bulls. Thus if listen to a few episodes can get a more balanced view of what is happening.

Much less pure hypo in than other crypto podcasts.

  • Is it really necessary to say the word "right" at the end of every other sentence? What a horrible vocal crutch, right? Unbearable, right? Just make your point and don't ask, "right". I had to stop listening after 5 minutes, right?

  • Better Before MAGA Bias

The podcast was very informative, and still provides useful information. Unfortunately, it’s become MAGA biased and reflects predominantly right wing views. Crypto is global, not myopic. It’s inclusive of more than the (mostly white) men showcased on the podcast. It would better serve the community to include broader perspectives. Please do.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

The Shift From Crypto Cycles to Structural Growth
Q: What drove you to believe that the four-year cycle was dead? What was that based on?
The cycle relied on Bitcoin's supply shock from mining halving, but with much more trading activity and limited new supply, the traditional dynamics don't hold as strongly as they used to; it's more about long-term capex, cash flows, and demand drivers rather than fixed cycles.
Crypto’s Next Bull Run Will Be Built on THIS (Clarity Act Explained) w/ Jake Chervinsky
Q: What is the most important issue in clarity beyond the public debates about stablecoins?
DeFi developer protections, specifically ensuring that non-custodial developers and front-end providers aren't misclassified as money transmitters or securities intermediaries, which would upend how DeFi operates in the US.
Why Ethereum Might Be the Most Mispriced Asset in Crypto Right Now w/ David Duong
Q: What exactly was this regulatory clarification about digital assets and how does it affect tokens being classified as commodities or securities?
The taxonomy now clearly defines digital commodities and notes that tokens like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and Cardano are considered commodities, which provides a transparent framework and reduces regulatory ambiguity for institutions.
The Next Big Print Cycle Is Coming… And Bitcoin Could Go Parabolic w/ John Haar
Q: What is the timeline like for Bitcoin in the next 3 to 24 months?
While short-term moves are hard to predict, the guest expects ongoing adoption and potential price movement supported by institutional activity, ETF developments, and macro tailwinds, with a long-term target of a million-dollar Bitcoin between 2030 and 2035.
The Next Big Print Cycle Is Coming… And Bitcoin Could Go Parabolic w/ John Haar
Q: How is Bitcoin playing to any of this AI and macro story?
Bitcoin is positioned as a durable, long-term allocation in a world of rising global money supply and potential big print events, with institutions increasingly viewing it as a persistent part of portfolios rather than a fad.
