I’m 11 about to be 12 and I have anxiety and slight depression and this podcast has helped me a lot with just a few episodes of listening. Like I said, I have anxiety but I want to go to therapy for it but I don’t know if it’s something that my family can afford. I listened to the first episode today, and it made me think about all my friendships. I don’t open up to them until I know that they won’t make fun of me about my trauma. My bio mom is not the best. She left without saying to go to Michigan when I was 7, came back in January when I was 9, and left that summer right before I started 4th grade saying she would be gone for a week and never came back.
