SEED OIL FREE PROTEIN BROWNIES
DRY:
• 1/2 cup chocolate whey protein powder
• 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
WET:
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup almond butter or coconut butter
• 1/3 cup raw honey or maple syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 tbsp butter or coconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Preheat oven to 350°F
2.Mix wet ingredients until combined
3.Fold in dry ingredients
4.Pour into greased 8x8 pan
5.Bake 18–22 min
6.Let cool before cutting

I used to listen to this podcast with my uncle all the time. He was a great guy.
Vietnam vet, family man, true all American. Even though he had an acquired brain injury the one thing we could always bond over was War Mode. Well he died yesterday at 8:46 am. I know he’s now in heaven with Charlie and they are both looking over me. Rest in peace uncle John.
