I’ve so enjoyed listening in. The open dialogue, the thinking out loud, the coaching as you go - it’s all so warm and fun. I appreciate the way you both approach business and leadership and it’s so fun to tune in each week! Thank you!
Honestly half this content should be paywalled because it’s SO valuable it’s like free 1:1 coaching with Xanthe & Kaitlyn! They share transparently what they’re desiring, what’s blocking them, and support each other with their unique POV/expertise. Plus, with both of them moving abroad this year, I relate hardcore to finding your footing in a foreign country and appreciate all their life updates / casual chats in the beginning. Always a fun AND educational listen!
This is quickly becoming one of my favorite shows. It’s the perfect blend of “overheard” content between two friends and insights from two complimentary experts.
