  • So fun! A comfort listen meet business strategy session

I’ve so enjoyed listening in. The open dialogue, the thinking out loud, the coaching as you go - it’s all so warm and fun. I appreciate the way you both approach business and leadership and it’s so fun to tune in each week! Thank you!

  • Free coaching from geniuses

Honestly half this content should be paywalled because it’s SO valuable it’s like free 1:1 coaching with Xanthe & Kaitlyn! They share transparently what they’re desiring, what’s blocking them, and support each other with their unique POV/expertise. Plus, with both of them moving abroad this year, I relate hardcore to finding your footing in a foreign country and appreciate all their life updates / casual chats in the beginning. Always a fun AND educational listen!

Wanting More Aligned Branding and to Get Comfy Being Disliked
Q: Long time listener, first time questioner. When does a Substack make sense in a business versus a self-hosted blog or email list, and how do you decide what goes where if you want a mix?
Both hosts agree that containment and anchor content matter; Substack is strong for community growth and built-in engagement, while a blog serves SEO and owned media, and newsletters via a platform like Flowdesk offers deeper segmentation and sales tracking. The optimal approach is to anchor content to a core message and distribute across platforms based on each platform's function, not just its format.
Wanting a Multi-Niche Career and a Social Media Sabbatical
Q: How to overcome professionalism and perfectionism due to sexism or ageism when trying to build connections later in a corporate career and while online.
Grounding in a clear personal brand audience, writing from a specific ideal client perspective, and building an evidence log of positive feedback helps rewire nerves and reduce self-judgment, making it easier to show up authentically online.
Wanting Sales Pages That Sound Like “Me” + Followers That Become Clients
Q: What would you do if you wanted to get clients to sign on for branding or website design ASAP?
Focus on how often you are asking for the sale, be explicit about the process and timeline, and provide clarity on what is required from your potential clients.
Wanting Higher Standards + Identity Upgrades
Q: What is the format of your upcoming workshop?
It will be a half-day retreat focused on creating personal standards, reflection, and setting intentions for the new year.
