I’m really enjoying this beautifully facilitated podcast. So much wisdom and compassion comes through the personal storytelling, sharing of expertise, and guided meditation or other healthy practices. The episodes shed light on how to move through grief and inspire a lot joy at the same time!
These are such important conversations that so many of us fail to have and/or wish we have had when it’s too late. I love considering conscious dying for myself and family members, and all the decisions we can be making ahead of time. Jenn is the embodiment of grace and compassion. This show is so needed!
I recently connected with Jen and started listening to her podcasts before a 17 hour road trip and was able to listen to so many at one time. These podcasts have been empowering, encouraging, motivating and inspiring.
