NBA 講了這麼多年負荷管理，球員休得更多，真的比較不容易受傷嗎？
近期有兩篇研究出現了看似矛盾的結果。一篇研究發現，阿基里斯腱斷裂的球員在受傷前 10 到 15 場，上場時間相較該季平均明顯增加；另一篇研究卻發現，球員因休息或負荷管理缺賽，並沒有帶來顯著較低的後續傷病風險。
這集我們從這兩篇研究出發，試著討論負荷管理與傷病風險之間到底有什麼關係：球員到底該多休息，還是更該避免上場時間突然暴衝？

大概在12:17之後，不知道主持人是說LBJ要裝躺還是要裝唐，但搭配後面談及奧德賽，後者的可能性也是有的。前者還好，後者在詞彙使用上就有些危險或是說太過大膽。用「唐」這種以唐氏症來形容或是批判人的用法是想到不妥的用法。特別在臺灣當今用字遣詞已經從「殘廢」、「殘障」或「智障」等用語改變成「身心障礙人士」，「外勞」改推廣使用較不具歧視性的「移工」的情況下，以唐氏症患者的病況來形容一個人的表現，作為一個半公眾人物的自媒體來說，敏感度是否有些不足？希望貴頻道不要落得和德國媒體公然使用「Ching Chang Chong」而不自覺有在歧視東亞人一樣的狀況。
