I would use my senses to kind of calm myself down, especially at night, I would look up at the stars or the clouds, listening to the frogs and the crickets and the sound of my feet to center myself and remind myself hey, you get to do this.

I've had a few friends do it, and a close friend of mine, Scott Tyner, is a veteran. He's done it several years, and every time I see him do it, I'm like, man, that looks like so much fun.
