  • (Cough) Stooges

I tried listening, but especially Mike & JD Show, and as they admitted themselves, they are nothing more than stooges for AEW, and go out of their way to try to shade anything WWE is doing because they can’t stand the fact Triple H has exposed Khan as the incompetent Mark he is

  • Parts greats .

The NJPW section , is great ..

The Main section , Ritch is fine but the other guy is so pretentious.

He crapped on Full Gear , because matches are not like the booking he thinks they should be . Biased as can be .

Again Njpw report is great . Rich is good , that pretentious guy hard skip.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

The Good, the Bad, & the Hungee: Dave Meltzer Talks Greatest Wrestler Ever 100!
Q: Who would be a contender for your top 10 off the cuff, given the four names you're considering?
He candidly notes that he can't reliably rank four highly distinct wrestlers against each other because they come from different eras and styles; he also highlights that names like Ospreay, Ibushi, Flair, and Funk would be in contention, but he cannot definitively place them without a full, organized list.
The Flagship: NJPW Sale, AAA Noche de Los Grandes, Clash in Italy, MLW Return & more!
Q: What is the dominant takeaway from the Double or Nothing fallout discussed on the show?
The hosts stressed that while the show was strong, the broader takeaway is how it impacts roster direction, outside-the-ring business questions, and fans' expectations for future pay-per-views, including how star turns and debuts drive buy rates and engagement.
The Ballot: Gunther with John Pollock
Q: What are your connections to Gunther/Walter and how has his career shaped your view of his candidacy?
Pollock shares how Gunther stood out from early European appearances through OTT and WXW, highlighting his commanding presence, ability to sell, and the way he elevates matches for opponents, which supports considering him as a candidate, despite limited traditional pay-per-view data.
Wrestling Omakase #292: Wrestlemania Week Live Report (STARDOM, TJPW, Marvelous, DG, West Coast & More), All Star Grand Queendom Preview, AJPW Champion Carnival Nights 2/3 & SEAdLINNNG 4/17 Korakuen w/ Snazzy
Q: What stood out most from the Marvelous/West Coast shows?
The energy of the packed, intimate venues and the high-caliber joshi talent delivering standout six-man and tag matches, plus the emotional moments surrounding Senka's events, made the weekend feel apocalypticly engaging for in-person attendees.
Mike & JD Show Ep.134: BJ Bethel Returns to Discuss Janel Grant Case | JD Gets Hacked
Q: What is the key legal dispute in the Janel Grant case right now?
The central issue is whether the case should stay in civil court or be compelled into private arbitration due to the NDA, with a June 16 hearing to determine the arbitration path.
