Intriguing psychological topics discussed by the equally intriguing and wonderful hosts. Great podcast to inspire some self reflection!
I recently discovered this podcast and I find it very insightful and wise. These are young men who are wise beyond their years, who obviously draw from from deep seated intellectual curiosity and achievements. I am impressed with this podcast and plan to explore of it.
Hello from Canada. We love listening
I think there’s a huge market to be had in dissecting Roberts books especially The Laws of Human Nature.
I've been listening to Jon and Andrea's incredible, fascinating and challenging podcast for about a year now, and am currently downloading all of the episodes I've missed, ready for a long plane trip.
There's always something unexpected that grabs and holds my attention, helping me continue to grow as a human.
I feel like I’m listening in a very interesting conversation two guys are having
I'm so glad I came to these conversations at a time that I really needed to expand and grow as a person. Each of the podcasts is engaging and interesting in a different way, but each bringing a really understanding perspective.
You both create an open and welcoming space, discussing things in a fun but informative way that I've really been able to connect with.
Thank you! And please keep going!
A deeply fascinating podcast. The 48 laws of power have been a tremendous help with learning how to successfully navigate the complex power dynamics that are at play in all day to day interactions.
I realy love the authenticity and humor that John and Dre bring to their exporiations of what it means to be human, as well as their erudition - both classic and culturally current. Thanks for the voice, even the light, in the dark.
Inspiring, intriguing, and incredibly real. Jon and Dre are amazing hosts -- intelligent yet playful, silly yet insightful. Their discussions on Stoic philosophy are like my favorite parts of Joe Rogan's podcast mixed with Tim Ferris's. It's the perfect podcast for curious souls. :)
I listened to quite a few episodes I thoroughly enjoyed, some great conversations, nuggets of wisdom and great introductions to interesting topics. Jon and Dre are likeable and intelligent and should be commended on an excellent podcast. I look forward to listening to the rest of the episodes which will be saved for the purpose of turning crap work into a good time.
Listen to this podcast if you're prepared to take a good look at the people around you, and indeed yourself. The two hosts provide a fascinating insight into the human mind, how we act and why we act like we do, whilst making you feel like you're the third person in their conversation rather than an outsider listening in. The recent series on the modern stoic has been especially good, and the breakdown episode of the Jordan Peterson/Cathy Newman interview was fantastic.
Keep up the great work... more
Hi guys I love the podcast but you guys consistently get off topic. You will be making a point and then a side story not really related to the 48 laws would come up and you run with it. Finally you get back on topic after realizing you were off point for awhile. The content is good but please try and stay on topic as this helps those looking for specific insight on each law.
Thanks
Eli
Jon and Dre have a very wonderful way of engaging with their audience. I believe this is because they are so sincere and well spoken. Not only is their content easy to listen to but they provide both knowledge and entertainment. Love me some V in the D!
