What is this podcast even about? It seems directionless now that they don’t talk about Entourage much anymore. Too bad because I loved Entourage and would love to go inside every episode with the actors and creator. Doug’s podcast is better because I know what I’m getting - the story of the making and selling of an independent pilot.
I’ve been working my way through all the episodes and the banter between Connelly, Dillon and Ellin is fantastic. There’s genuine friendship there and it enhances the show. Connelly’s broader interest in the film business and even some niche Hollywood history really helps the show as well. Indispensable listening for any entourage fan.
Listened to this show for the first time in months because Doug was not on. more
So excited to have found this pod in the middle of the pandemic. We were all watching a lot of streaming shows/movies during the pandemic and I re-watched Entourage for the 2nd or 3rd time. Seriously couldn’t find anything else as good to watch so ended up watching Entourage three times back-to-back 🤣 Lol it got incredibly boring on the fourth attempt, so I was pumped when I found out about the pod. more
This podcast started out great, episode recaps every week and great guests. Unfortunately it’s turned into a podcast about Doug’s pickle ball game and his hair transplant
