Very interesting and good learning experience to listen to and get tips and tricks BUT the episodes are relatively short and the ad read at the beginning is kind of long and sometimes half the episode is just they talking about the sponsors. Love the podcast but sometimes wishes that it was longer!
Good tips and fun to listen.
Love this podcast. Always turn to very Pink with queries. Ive knitted 50 years and still learning
The “ad-free” show starts with 5+ minutes of an ad for the sock yarn that sponsors them. And then another 5 minutes of non-knitting chatter, and then maybe 1-3 questions and then they exclaim in surprise, EVERY TIME, “oh my goodness, we have an episode here, time just flew by!” as though they’ve accidentally run out of time to do the thing that’s in the show title. Definitely worth skipping the first 10min.
Not just my favorite knitting podcast, but one of my favorite podcasts overall! Staci, Casey, and Polly are smart, lively, funny AND fun -- it's like sitting down and chatting with a couple of your best friends. And along with knitting help, there are book and Netflix recommendations, out-of-the-ordinary interviews, and discussions over where to find the best breakfast tacos.
