I appreciate the variety of episodes, the super practical takeaways, and Austin’s sincere humility.
You can tell the guests he brings on are people he's genuinely excited to share with his listeners - they’re authentic, easy to relate to and always speaks to me right where I am at.
Beyond grateful for the amazing content - thanks for all you do Austin!
From "measuring delight" to "remote work" and every design element inbetween I'm in awe. I haven't been as excited to being in the listeners seat. I have a feeling this could be one of those kept kept secrets - that I'm willing to blast out. Asking questions that we might forget to and having the capacity to talk to global leaders that have enough scale and insights to actually have notable data. Did I say awe?
Glad I stumbled upon this gem of a podcast!! Austin is a very down to Earth host and relates well both to his guests and his audience. I've learned so much about design, tech and UX - it's all so interesting!! The best part is that everyone brings their personal stories to the table making the great advice that much more memorable. Definitely worth the listen!!
Hi this is Daniel from Switzerland. I have just discovered this podcast and have listened to a couple of episodes already. The content is so valuable, because we are a young team working on building a new insurance company, and UX & Growth are two super important subjects for us.
Thanks so much for the effort, keep it going and hope to connect with you sometime in the future! Best, Daniel
Love from Taiwan. Really love this podcast and the content you guys put out. Hope there can be more detailed discussion around interviewing user in person. Most of the people know asking about open-ended question but really few people talk about what that actually means.
