I may be in a tiny minority here, but I don’t think it’s appropriate for a current coach to be on this type of show.
Historically, this is the best podcast covering D1 Men’s college hockey. However, his week’s episode was very disappointing. How could you guys spend 15 minutes discussing Atlantic hockey at the expense of NEVER mentioning any of the games in the ECAC? I recognize that 2 of 3 of you are Atlantic biased, but almost no one else cares about that conference. Was excited to see him play but ND dominated him and he was lazy, played without any passion and simply lazy.
Usually an informative podcast about all of college hockey, even with Jim Connely’s bias against certain teams. But his inserting NY Times political talking points into the Dec mid season review is the last straw for me. I’m done.
Great idea for a show, made it easy to get right up-to-date on the games that were just played. With a 2-person format it moved right along, covered most of the top 20, provided lots of facts and not a moment of my listening time was wasted. Great all-around show.
