Great podcast! I’ve learned a lot of new ideas about fitness and health. I’ve had many lightbulb moments about my own health and things I might want to change and what is possible-often things I thought I was too old to do-like the Asian squat. Thank you so much!

As someone who healed because of the Upright Health Shoulder Fix program, this company is providing extremely valuable information to take control of your health!!
This podcast is enlightening, empowering, and informative all at the same time. Their approach is very forward thinking (and logical!) in explaining the way our bodies move, and the role that muscles play in the pain we experience. It's a perfect fit for the person who wants to take responsibility for the way they move and feel. I've found it extremely, extremely helpful for me!
