Started well, interesting premise, but dropped it beginning of season 2. It's just a lot of talk about nothing, and relatively interesting events are few and far between.
A long-arc fantasy story set in today's reality: small-town middle America on the Ohio River. With well-developed characters you' ll come to care about.
Loved it. Thank you to the entire team that created this. Beautiful ending.
Ignore the reviews who say they donât get it.
Thatâs probably not you. We donât listen to stories to try to figure it all out in the first few moments. This is 5 seasons of well produced, the audio spot on, unique songs and actually a unique story. All of it in episodes you. An get into, that are heartfelt, uninterrupted by ads and cohesive. Just to name a few reasons why those reviews who are less than 4 stars probab... more
Great show, but what happened!? Came back to catch up & edited out whole sections of episodes. I also agree with the main criticism, season 3 onwards felt directionless & lost, possible in too many writers, too many threads to follow up with. Such a shame because the idea was outstanding, just no one followed through or lost love for the project?
Unwell has production value but the story doesn't unfold because the characters are deep down in identity politics. Seriously, this is not just getting annoying but also a pattern. Why do so many shows that want to desperately be woke have a lack of quality? You can and should write about political precarious themes but please do it with some actual skill. If you want to lecture people become an actual activist.
