    I reached out to Tertia during a particularly stressful exam period, fully intending to begin therapeutic work. After one reschedule and one missed appointment, I was surprised to be met with a complete withdrawal of services rather than any conversation or inquiry into my circumstances.

    While therapists often speak about compassion, understanding, and meeting clients where they are, that standard didn’t seem to apply here.
