I started my pole journey earlier this year and found this pod shortly after. It’s been so helpful in giving me information and validation in all the ups and downs of my journey! Sending love from the USA ♥️
As someone who has been doing pole off and on for 5+ years, it really helped me enjoy the process of relearning tricks and keeping me motivated on my pole journey. Thank you!
I’ve been religiously listening to Uncovered for almost 2 years. When a new episode is released by Uncovered, it is always the FIRST one I listen to (even before the likes of Freakonomics!). Steph and her guests (special shout-out to Simone - what a legend) are so good at breaking things down, giving helpful tips and just generally fostering a kind and supportive environment for the community at large! Truly a must for pole dancers of all levels.
I’ve been listening to this podcast for the last 6 months which is when I started pole. The episode that brought me here was the ‘old moles’ as I started pole later in life at 38. I have since enjoyed every episode I’ve listened too. The cross training episodes have been super helpful. I always look forward to the next episode. Keep it up :) thank you
Really enjoy this podcast, covers so many topics in the pole world and it’s great to hear different perspectives from within the industry. Definitely recommend to anyone who is interested or loves pole!!
