  • fascinating and heart wrenching

This is a great podcast to learn about factual history about slavery and the civil war from it’s beginnings to its impacts today. Also many recountings of modern and historical black perspectives.

  • Not so much wrong, but

historical exaggerations are made to fit a political narrative. Many of the things they discuss did happen, but the impact and theater is dialed up to 11 in these “historical” re-enactments.
