    This has quickly become a staple podcast of mine! The episodes are a great length to fit into a work commute or catch up on a few at a time by the pool. Every conversation is jam packed with takeaways. You know the saying “you are who you surround yourself with” - having this podcast in my pocket at any time makes me feel like I’m surrounded by positivity, accountability, and motivation to be 1% better every day.
